Smiley von Stendal is a very handsome and goofy 12 month old Shepherd mix.  His pictures show how he got his name; in fact, in some he looks like he is laughing!  This boy registers medium on both the size and energy scale.  With his zest for life and ever-wagging tail, Smiley would delight in accompanying you to Home Depot or Pet Smart, because making new friends is his favorite hobby.  At home he will follow you around to make sure you are doing your chores properly.  Our carefree boy loves his walks in the outside world and sometimes pulls on leash, a behavior easily correctible via the free group obedience session that comes with his adoption.  Smiley portrays himself as “top dog” in canine playgroups and conveys his confidence to pushy pups early on; he gets along best with submissive dogs who accept his bravado.  Come meet and adopt this fun boy and your life is bound to overflow with happiness-plus!
